We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Football Lad Pro. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
• Email us at Footballshirtsjack@outlook.com and we'll arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

What happens after

Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. The funds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

When your refund is issued, your Pro access ends and you return to the free tier (5 games per day).
